Department of Finance

  • The Finance Department is responsible for all aspects of the District's financial resources in support of a high quality public education to the citizens of the City of Rochester. Finance oversees the development and compliance with appropriate policies and procedures to safeguard District resources and guide financial transactions performed by the District internally and externally. The Finance Department consists of Accounting, Budget, Financial Grant Management, Payroll and Purchasing.
     
    The department is managed under the direction of the District's Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for the District's financial infrastructure as well as providing leadership to the Office of Finance.
