  • Excellence is Happening at Francis Parker School No. 23
Francis Parker is one of the most diverse schools in Monroe County, serving 42% African American, 35% White, and 14% Hispanic students.  The school remains a top performing elementary schools in the Rochester City School District. We have created a learning environment that works to meet the unique needs of all our students. Through our WIN (What I Need) blocks, all students receive small group instruction tailored to support and enrich their academic success. The School's proximity to many artistic and business venues has helped us build partnerships that support field trips to the Memorial Art Gallery, The Warrior Factory, Writers and Books, and many more.
