About Us

  • The Rochester City School District Food Services Department participates in the United States Department of Agriculture National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.  Meals are available at no cost to every student in the district.  We serve over 38,000 meals per day that meet or exceed the USDA guidelines.  

    Mission Statement: To operate an efficiently managed foodservice program committed to supporting student achievement through proper nutrition.

USDA Non-Discrimination Statement

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
