Elizabeth Mascitti-Miller, Deputy Superintendent of Administration
The Deputy Superintendent of Administration (DSA) plans, organizes, controls and directs the administrative services of the District and serves on the Superintendent's cabinet. The DSA provides oversight of the District's assets and compliance with state, federal and local laws. Areas of operation include professional learning, youth development & family services, information management & technology, student equity & placement, safety & security, school innovation for career pathways & integrated learning, and human capital initiatives. The team works to enhance the instructional programs of the District by providing value added services, efficiently and effectively. The division of administration strives to increase service levels and reduce costs through continuous improvement processes and reengineering departmental operations after recognized "best practices".
