Office of Student Equity and Placement
We're here to help. Placement staff are available to assist parents with every step of the process. We can also provide parents with information about the schools available to their children to help them make an informed choice.
New or returning to Rochester schools?
Students entering the RCSD for the first time must register their child with the Office of Student Equity and Placement. When a caregiver enrolls online, they must have acceptable documentation for their child to complete the process. After a student is registered, they will be assigned a student ID number and become eligible to begin the student enrollment process.
