RCSD Temporary Staffing Services(TES Staffing)

TES Staffing Inc. is the primary provider for the Rochester City School District for clerical, technical, paraprofessional, custodial, and professional temporary workers. TES offers the District a variety of innovative technological solutions, such as a customized online staffing system, 24/7 customer service hotline, and an electronic time card approval system.

The use of temporary staffing services is limited to providing supervisors with coverage when a District employee is out of work on a temporary basis, or when there are delays in filling vacancy (as is often the case with Civil Service positions), or during periods of peak workload and/or special projects.
