How do I get a replacement RTS bus pass when the original is lost?

Rochester City School District secondary students would go to their school office and follow their directions for the replacement of the RTS bus pass.

Non Public and Charter school students obtain a replacement RTS bus pass from the Transportation Department Office at 835 Hudson Avenue. There is a $3 fee for the replacement pass.

The Regional Transit Service bus passes are issued by the District. Each pass issued is equal to a year’s cost of service. Please convey the importance of the bus pass to your child. Replacement bus passes can only be issued once.
