Human Capital Committee

The purpose of the Human Capital Committee is to:

Review personnel appointments, promotions, assignments and upgrades;

Review extra compensation resolutions regarding personnel;

Review tentative collective negotiations settlements pending legislative approval by the full Board;

Review diversity initiatives;

Review and approve newly created positions and related job descriptions;

Develop policies related to personnel for consideration by the full Board; and

Review employee recruitment and retention strategies
