Mentor Skills Rubric
You may distribute this to your assigned Mentors so they will know what kinds of skills you will look for during your CIT Panel Mentor Observation. All mentors have received training on Learning-Focused Conversations and using the Danielson Framework for Teaching rubrics, and they continuously practice these skills at Mentor Forums.
