During the week of February 3, 2025, companies and businesses throughout Rochester and Monroe County will be hosting 12th grade RCSD scholars for a job shadow experience. 

Seniors at RCSD high schools will choose from 16 career clusters in an industry they are interested in exploring. Throughout the week, students, along with a chaperone, will visit a company within that industry to gain insight about careers right here in Rochester! This experience will help scholars discover their passion, and learn about potential opportunities for them to pursue once they graduate. 

We are asking companies, students (scholars), parents, and RCSD Staff who would like to participate to complete a brief interest survey:

If you are a student who is interested in participating in a job shadow experience, please complete an interest survey no later than Monday, January 6, 2025.
