• Title I, Part D:  Programs for Neglected/Delinquent and At-Risk Students
     
    Title I, Part D funding provides instructional support services to youth living in local institutions for neglected or delinquent youth and for youth in community day treatment programs when requested by the agency. There are five (5) agencies currently receiving Title I, Part D funding within the attendance zone of the Rochester City School District.
