Title I Written Complaint Procedures:
Every effort is made to answer inquiries and resolve issues at the most direct and immediate level. To file a complaint pertaining to the services rendered through Title I, including those related to homeless students, private schools or public school choice, please refer to the RCSD’s Office of Parent Engagement Customer Service Resolution Process.
If the Title I-related complaint is not resolved satisfactorily within the Customer Service Resolution Process, the complainant will be informed that he/she may contact:
