CTE–Emergency Communications Course (911 Class)
This program provides students the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills in Emergency
Communication; Tele-communicator and/or dispatcher. Students participate in Association of Public Safety Officials (APCO) certified course and trains them how to respond to emergency communications through 911 simulations. Each will have the opportunity to acquire certification that leads to employment opportunities on platform of public safety communication, as well as corporate communication in any Customer Service call center. Students also receive training on how to successfully prepare for a civil service exam.
