Ernst and Young Honors Six Northeast High School Seniors with Scholarships

CMAP

(May 22, 2020) As a sponsor of the College MAP (CMAP) program at Northeast College High School, Ernst and Young has awarded scholarships to six seniors – David Gonzalez, Lamar Lovelace, Tamaya Volmy, Diamond Charles, Neishaly Rivera, and Nadia Koko. The scholarships range from $3,300 to $4,600.

Ernst and Young has sponsored the CMAP program at Northeast for the past four years. Although 35 cities in the country participate in CMAP, Northeast is the only school in the region with a cohort. Thirty students benefited from the CMAP program, which focuses on college readiness, access, and persistence. In addition to the six scholarships, each participating senior was given a new laptop for college and will continue to receive mentoring, academic and financial support through four years of college.

Thank you to Ernst and Young for the meaningful partnership with Northeast College High School!
