June 2025 NYS Regents Exams

This June, the Rochester City School District will administer the New York State Regents exams. All Regents exams will take place in an examination window of Tuesday, June 10, 2025 through Wednesday, June 25, 2025. To view which days are regular school days, holidays, or Regents exam days, please see the RCSD 2025 Regents Exam Schedule.

Tuesday, June 10, is a Regents Exam Day. Students who are not scheduled for an exam will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful academic activities; their attendance is not required.

Wednesday, June 11, is a regular day of school, with all secondary students expected to attend and follow their normal schedules. Students taking the New Geometry Regents exam that morning will attend their regularly scheduled classes upon completion of the exam.

For more information about specific dates and times for each Regents exam, please consult the 2025 NYSED Examination Schedule for June 2025. Students are encouraged to verify with their schools the exact times that they are to report for their State examinations.
