Robert Franklin, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Franklin's career includes roughly twenty years in leadership and senior management roles with the County of Monroe. Prior to joining the RCSD in January of 2020, Mr. Franklin served as Monroe County's Chief Financial Officer, a position he held from 2013 until the end of 2019. He held other positions within Monroe County government including Deputy Commissioner of Human Services, Director of Financial Assistance for the Human Resources Department, and Finance Manager and Contract Management Coordinator.
Mr. Franklin's career also includes financial management roles at Coordinated Care Services, Inc., AIDS Rochester Inc., and the Hospital Consortium of Greater Rochester.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY Geneseo and a Master's in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport.
