World of Inquiry School Senior Scores Historic 1,000th Career Point

(December 5, 2024) The Rochester City School District proudly congratulates Jaedon Adams-Griffin on achieving a remarkable milestone in his high school athletic career. As a four-year starter and captain of the World of Inquiry boys varsity basketball team, Jaedon reached his 1000th career point during a home game on Tuesday, December 3. This historic accomplishment marks Jaedon as the second player in World of Inquiry history to reach this milestone, solidifying his legacy as a standout athlete.

Jaedon’s journey to this achievement began in his freshman year when he immediately earned a starting position on the team and was named captain, a role that speaks volumes about his leadership and character. His coach, Willie Mason, attributes Jaedon’s success to his exceptional work ethic and unwavering commitment to the game. "His consistent performance and passion for basketball have propelled him to great heights,” said Mason. “Reaching 1,000 points is a testament to his dedication, and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel as he pursues collegiate basketball.”

Averaging 17.6 points per game, Jaedon is more than a scoring leader—he is a source of pride for the World of Inquiry school community.
