Meeting Schedule and Information

  • The Board meets regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are open to the public and held at Central Offices, 131 West Broad Street, 14614. To view our upcoming meetings or an annual schedule of meetings, please view the Board of Education Meeting Schedule or www.rcsdk12.org/calendar.
     
    In an effort to ensure transparency and open communication, all Board of Education Meetings will be available via the RCSD’s YouTube and the District’s website at www.rcsdk12.org/meetings. All materials related to meetings will also be accessible on the day of the meeting via the District’s Boarddocs page.

Speaker Forum

  • Starting in September 2025, we are launching a monthly Public Speaker Forum. This is a dedicated time for you to share comments on topics listed on recent Board meeting agendas, including committee meetings, monthly work sessions, business meetings, and other public Board meeting agendas held since the last forum.

    When and Where:
    Unless otherwise announced, forums will take place at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. The first forum will be on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. 

    How to Participate:
    To speak or submit a written comment, you must register by 12:00 noon on the day of the forum in one of these ways:

    When registering, you must include:

    • Your full name, phone number, email address, and home address
    • Your affiliation (student, parent/guardian, staff member, or Rochester resident)
    • The topic you will address (must be related to an item on a recent Board agenda since the last forum)

     

    Important to Know:

    • Only registered speakers will be able to address the Board.
    • Public comments will no longer be taken during Board meetings, except at scheduled public hearings or these monthly forums.
