To get into the theatre technology program at SOTA you have to audition.
SOTA auditions are not anything to be nervous about. To start with, we don’t expect any deep skill or knowledge about theatre technology (We’ll teach that).
We’re looking for students who are interested in being a part of our community, students who are willing to try new things and put their best effort forward. Show us your interest in coming to SOTA through a well prepared presentation of some of your best work and you’ll be just fine. Here’s a link to the official SOTA audition website. https://www.rcsdk12.org/page/18694. Below you’ll find the specific requirements for a theatre technology audition.
