SOTA Transcript Request Process for Graduates or Withdrawls

School of the Arts is able to complete your transcript request if you graduated from or attended SOTA within the last seven years. If you graduated or attended more than seven years ago, please contact the Rochester City School District Records Department by completing the transcript request from on www.rcsdk12.org or calling 585-262-8523. If you graduated from or attended SOTA within the last seven years, please complete the steps below.

Email Photo Identification to following email address: stephanie.crane@rcsdk12.org

Please allow 48-hours for processing once photo ID is received. Official RCSD/SOTA Transcripts can only be sent directly to requesting organization.
