How the program works· WBL Coordinator visit employer at worksite
· Job descriptions and training opportunities are discussed
· Process as to how the employer chooses the student
· Formal documents to be signed before training begins.

Program Criteria· Juniors and Seniors may enroll in WBL will be in good attendance and academic standing
· Receive work readiness and employee topics training in structured classroom
· Complete necessary paperwork required by worksite
· May be enrolled in either a paid or nonpaid work experience and completed during or afterschool hours
· Earn 1/2 to 2 credits towards graduation
· Supervised by a certified WBL Teacher
