School Expectations
This is the second year that the University of Rochester is the Educational Partnership Organization for East, so we will continue to see many changes. The East Community Promise, or Compact, declares an agreement about the expectations of responsibilities for the school, the students, and the families. It is available in English, Spanish, and Nepali.
Classroom Expectations
Students were asked to consider and answer 2 questions:
- What do you need from your teachers to motivate you to do your best in school? Students brainstormed a list of qualities they expect from their teachers.
- What do teachers need from students? The list is the same.
