Mrs. Tisa

Mrs. Tisa is a Spanish teacher here at East High School.  Although she lives in Monroe County now, she grew up in Livingston County on a bird farm in York, NY before she moved to Geneseo, NY.  She graduated from Geneseo Central and was voted "Most Likely to be on Broadway"!  Instead of being on a theatrical stage, she chose to be on stage in front of students every day.  She has taught in rural, suburban and urban education and wouldn't trade working in the RCSD for anything.  She has even taught at the college level through SUNY Geneseo, but feels most at home with teenagers.  She is happily married and has two beautiful daughters and a handsome baby boy.  In her spare time, she loves going on adventures with her family, going out to eat and reading.
