Graduation is Our Goal!!

It is our mission to ensure that every student leaves East High School ready for college or a career. It is also our goal and responsibility to make certain we have provided our students the necessary supports in and outside of the classroom to successful complete all their academic requirements for graduation.

Academically, East High School offers a robust and rigorous offering of career themed academies. Each academy provides exposure to real world career experience while also preparing students with the skills to graduate high school ready for college or a career.
Rochester City School Districts - Academic Grading Policy:
For grades 6-12, student progress is reported using the following grading system:
A+ (95-100%), A (90-94%),
B+ (85-89%), B (80-84%),
C+ (75-79%), C (70-74%),
D (65-69%),
F (below 65%).
