• Automated "Phone Call Home"

    At East we have implemented an automated calling system that calls to inform parents or guardians if their child has been absent from school or has missed any classes during the day. 
    PARENTS:
    This automated system places the calls based on the contact information that is in our Chancery Database system therefore it is crucial that we receive any changes in phone number or address so that we may continue our communication with you throughout the school year. We understand that changes may occur, please contact your child’s Program Administrator or Assistant Principal to report any changes.
    Parents, occasionally reporting errors will occur, and you may get a call stating that your child was absent from a single class. If your child insists that this information is not correct; we strongly encourage you to call and speak with that teacher before determining your next step with your son or daughter.
