Student Exit Summaries
The student Exit Summary provides a student with a disability a summary of the student’s academic achievement and functional performance, which must include recommendations on how to assist the student in meeting their post-secondary goals. An exit summary is completed by the student's case manager prior to the student graduating or exiting high school. An exit summary is located and completed in the Frontline system. Case managers can go to the top of the students' Individual Education Plan under the tap labeled State Forms.
