Dear January 2014 All City High Graduates and Families:
After reviewing transcripts and current schedules you are on track to graduate in January, 2014. I am excited to share with you the draft graduation program for January. Each of you should be proud of this potential accomplishment.
Every student listed has a course schedule to graduate. Our school offers courses to support passing all five Regents exams as well as courses to earn at least 22 credits to graduate. Yet, getting to the graduation stage is a joint venture between home, family, and school. I encourage every family to schedule an appointment with their student’s counselor, immediately. All successful high school graduates have home and school working together towards the same goal.
Mrs.Leysath (Letters A – D), extension 2090, email@example.com
Ms.Nicholas (Letters E – L) extension 2250, firstname.lastname@example.org
Ms.Graham (Letters M – R) extension 3070, email@example.com
Ms.Scheirer (Letters S – Z) extension 1281, katrin.Scheirer@rcsdk12.org
Please do not plan a graduation party or event until you have met with the school counselor. Some students listed in the program will need to step up their focuson school for the next two months. The academic help is here every day and every Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
Be a part of history with the largest January graduation class in the Rochester City School District. We can do this by working together.
