Many SMART Notebook issues require a call to the Helpdesk to install, update or re-install SMART Notebook.

Your full name, with spelling
Contact information (phone or email)
Location (school and location code/administrative building, floor, suite, and cubical number)
For computer related problems, you computer name
Basic overview of the issue

I don't have SMART Notebook	Call Helpdesk to have them install it on your computer
Gallery is missing Lesson Activity Toolkit	Call Helpdesk and ask them to re-install SMART notebook because it does not have the full gallery.
Toolbar is grayed out or transparent	Call Helpdesk to have the Hardware acceleration turned off.
