RCSD Support Hotline
The first day of classes for students in the RCSD is Monday, September 14! As the District gets ready for the start of school, Chromebooks and MiFi devices will be distributed at the student’s home school through the start of the school year. To date, the RCSD has made Chromebooks available to students in grades 5 – 12 for the 2020–21 school year and has provided MiFi devices to families without internet availability.
Schools have been contacting students in grades K – 4 to schedule pick-up times. If you have any questions or are unable to pick up the device, please contact your home school for assistance.
Students in grades 5 - 12 who are new to the District, or those families who initially declined a Chromebook, should call the RCSD Support Hotline at 262-8700. Representatives are ready to help you sign up for a device and make it available for pick up at your home school. Parents can also visit this link to request a Chromebook for their child. Once the school receives the Chromebook, a student/family will be notified that the device is ready for pick up.
For any student in grades K - 12 who has not yet received a MiFi device, please fill out this form for your family. The information provided will be given to your child’s home school. The school will contact parents in order to arrange for pick up. Again, if you are having difficulty signing up for a Chromebook or MiFi device, please call the RCSD Support Hotline at 262-8700.
As we prepare for the start of school, the District is committed to ensuring that every student has the resources needed to be successful in a fully remote learning environment.
