Social-Emotional Well Being

  • How are we addressing the social-emotional/mental health concerns of students, families, and staff, both in-person and virtually, upon reopening and how will we/or have we accounted for trauma that students/staff have experienced while school was out of session?

    • RCSD has made available resources and referrals to address mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs of students, faculty, and staff when school reopens for in-person instruction.

    What services, support, training, and/or professional development will be offered once social-emotional/mental health concerns are identified and how will it differ if services can’t be provided in-person?

    • Provide professional development to support students, families, teachers/other staff transitioning back to school (actions to consider prior to school opening)
