Applications for the 2025-2026 school year can be accessed on your phone or computer via an electronic form by clicking on this link.

Please be sure to complete all sections and to click on the submit button at the end of the form.

You can also click on this link to find the form and print it out. Once completed, please send it to Rochester Early College, Ms. Stadt, 85 Adams Street, Rochester, New York 14608 or have your child return it to their school counselor.
