Meet Mrs. Reichman!
This is my 16th year teaching! I have had a variety of teaching experiences. I taught English in Armenia for 2 ½ years. I taught Kindergarten in Thailand for a year. I then became a Special Education teacher for Rochester Hearing and Speech Center for 8 years. Most recently I was a Universal Preschool Teacher for RCSD over the past 4 years. I am beyond excited to be entering my 2nd year as a Kindergarten Special Education teacher at WOIS #58!
I attended Hobart and William Smith College, where I graduated in 2000 with a major in Religion and minor in Elementary Education. I went on to complete my Master’s Degree at Nazareth. I obtained 4 certifications. I am dual certified in early childhood, elementary education and special education.
I have two children. My daughter Elanor, who is 9 years old, going in to fourth grade and my son Gabriel, who is 8 years old, going into third grade! My husband and I live in Webster. We raise 8 chickens, 2 cats, snake and too many fish to count. But best of all is our dog Meeka! We also make Maple syrup!
