• Bullying and Cruelty

    The pre-teen and early teen years are the peak time for bullying and cruelty among schoolchildren, and it is a problem that affects everyone in the school community. New York State’s Dignity for All Students Act  (The Dignity Act) seeks to provide public elementary and secondary schools with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.
