School Based Planning Team / Overview

The School-Based Planning Team meets once a month. It is an organizational structure for improving school productivity. The team is chaired by the principal and will assess scholar performance and school effectiveness, set improvement goals and design instruction and other services in the context of those goals. This is the decision-making body of the school, and parents have an opportunity to work with the principal and teachers in developing the school’s improvement plan and monitoring school-wide progress.
