6th Grade / Grade 6 Overview

In the 6th grade at School #50, It is our mission to:

Provide a positive and enjoyable learning environment.

Maintain a safe and secure environment in which learning can take place.

Move along at a reasonable and challenging academic pace.

Include enrichment activities and experiences that will enhance the basic curriculum.

Develop the social and organizational skills needed for a successful transition to middle school.

Furnish students with the necessary skills and ample opportunities to achieve district and state benchmarks.
