I have had the pleasure of teaching Art for the RCSD since 2002. Each week I try to come up with new and exciting lessons for my students. I find that when I am excited about what we are creating, the kids get excited. The love of ART is contagious!

Thank you in advance for conveying the importance of art education to your children. Creative thinking allows students to learn how to make decisions and solve problems.  Creating art helps develop a variety of fine motor skills while also serving as a way to communicate personal thoughts , feelings and cultures.
