The Smile Program

The Smile Program is a “community funded” elementary school program that will bring both academic and non-academic resources to your students. It is intended to help RCSD Elementary School students enjoy their day in school; to help them have fun being there; to help them have fun learning; to give them plenty of reasons to smile. David Beck began the program in 2013 – then at just one school. Since then, the program has grown steadily to the point where it covered 15 schools last year. For this year, the Rochester Education Foundation (“REF”) has become a Smile Program partner. With their help, they have decided to provide the program to all RCSD elementary schools!
