My name is Cherie Karol. I am a special education teacher with the Rochester City School District. I work for the specialized services department. I provide support to students in a resource setting as well as directly in the general education classroom.
After graduating from Penfield High School, I attended SUNY Oswego obtaining a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Prior to teaching for the Rochester City School District, I was a special education teacher for over seven years at Cobblestone School.
I live in Greece, NY, with my husband Scott, two young boys and two cats. In the summer, I enjoy the sun and outdoors with my children. I also enjoy reading, going to football games and spending time with family and friends. In the winter, I enjoy skiing at Bristol Mountain with my whole family.
