(Please note that you must be in Chrome and logged into your District 121 account.)
You will receive a response within 3 business days regarding your request.
Rooms are equipped with wireless internet, display screens and easels for your use.
Please come prepared with the necessary tools for your event (pens, pencils, sign-in sheets, tape, handouts, paper etc.). A presentation bin is available upon request.
We encourage you to post signs at the main entrance and directional signage so your event will be located quickly. Indicate the title and date of your event, the room number and location within the building. When you are finished, return the room to its original set-up. Please refer to the room checklist below. An additional copy will also be posted in each room.
