The District has implemented ePerformance as part of our PeopleSoft system.
All goal-setting, formal observations, independent evaluator reviews and end-of-year evaluations will be completed online through ePerformance.
Once a manager or supervisor completes a performance evaluation online, the employee will receive an email with a link to their evaluation. The embedded video and documentation will walk employees through the process that they will follow to review and acknowledge receipt of their evaluation.
We are very excited to implement this on-line system which makes our processes and record-keeping more efficient.
