As part of the District’s efforts to improve the evaluation process, we are happy to announce that this process has been completed with the implementation of ePerformance as part of our PeopleSoft system.
For the 2016-2017 school year, all goal-setting, formal observations, peer reviews and end-of-year evaluations will be completed online through ePerformance.
Once a manager or supervisor completes a performance evaluation online, the employee will receive an email with a link to their evaluation. The embedded video and documentation will walk employees through the process that they will follow to review and acknowledge receipt of their evaluation.
We are very excited to implement this on-line system which will make our processes and record-keeping more efficient.
