• All permanent BENTE employees are to receive an annual evaluation, to be completed by June 30th for 12-month staff. 10-month staff may need to be evaluated sooner, as they all do not work through June 30th. Probationary employees receive a 90-day evaluation and if there is a need to extend beyond the 90-days due to performance concerns, please reach out to Derrick Jones in HCI, as a meeting w/the Union will need to be held in order to extend an employee’s probationary period.

    Civil Service
    • 6 month probationary period (from date of hire) – 2 forms – 1 completed at 90th day, one completed a 6th month, ability to extend an additional 6 months (same form used)
    • Annual Evaluation – Deadline June 30th
