Every morning, students gather in CREW, a dedicated time to build relationships, reflect on their values, and grow as individuals and community members. Rooted in Expeditionary Learning’s belief that "we are crew, not passengers," this daily ritual is the heart of our school culture. 

    What is CREW? 

    CREW is a daily advisory structure where students and staff come together in small, consistent groups to foster community, support academic and personal growth, and develop habits of character. It’s a time for honest conversations, team-building activities, academic check-ins, and the exploration of identity, justice, and leadership. 

    CREW is where students are known, heard, and valued. It’s where our Jaguars find their voice—and learn how to use it with purpose.
