Who is Mrs. Kobos?
I am a dual certified speech pathologist/special education teacher.
I have worked in the Rochester City School District since 2002. I started off as Speech Pathologist providing speech-language therapy. In 2012 I went back to school to get my special education certification and have been teaching in a 1st grade STEPS classroom since then.
