Where Learning Has No Limits

In 1987, Wegmans founded the Wegmans Work Scholarship Connection to teach at-risk youth the skills they need to succeed and help reduce the high school dropout rate in the Rochester City School District. Wegmans provides part-time employment and workplace mentorship for students needing additional support.

At SWW, Hillside counselors work closely with advisors and other teachers to help their students succeed. Hillside has sponsored Dial-A-Teacher at SWW since 2011.
