Philosophy

"School Without Walls breaks down artificial barriers between grade levels, ability levels and academic subject areas; between student and teacher, school and community, and most importantly between education and life."

Our graduates will understand that education is a process that cannot be segregated from living. They will have developed a questioning attitude, the ability to discern relationships between experience and learning, and the self-reliance to pursue answers. They will know that learning is a process that the individual can initiate to discover their own concepts. We hope to help them find a sense of direction and purpose and to develop the tools necessary to live successfully in modern society.
