March 14, 2013 - Pi Day Celebration

Students are using their iPads to complete a class work assignment on adding and subtracting integer.

March 2013
Students are working in small groups using a deck of cards to practice adding integers. Black cards represent positive integers, and red cards represent negative integers.

February 2013
Students practiced operations with fractions by working in small groups and rolling two dice. The two fractions that come up must be added together. Students helped their friends and worked together.
