About Home Instruction

As a RCSD Home/Hospital Teacher, I provide instruction for students who cannot, on a temporary basis, receive instruction in a regular school program.
While at home or in the hospital, I teach the four core classes a student is taking in school: Math, Social Studies, English and Science. I also provide Adaptive PE and elective courses, whenever possible.
When a student cannot attend school, I cover similar curriculum so the student does not fall behind. This makes for an easier transition back to school for both the student and the home school teachers.
While on home instruction, I become the temporary teacher-of-record, enter daily attendance and issue all grades.
