Mac Office 2016

  • 1.  Open Outlook. Select “Tools” and then “Accounts”. Change your username so it is your email address . then click “Advanced”

                2. Change the server name to https://outlook.office365.com  . click “OK”.  Close the Accounts window and your mail should begin syncing again shortly.

       3. Your Outlook may prompt you about Auto Discover redirection. Check the box for "Always use my response for this server" and then check "Allow"
