Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade receive art instruction once every 4 day rotation for half a year.

Students in 7th grade receive 45 minutes of Art instruction every other day.\

Students learn what it takes to be an artist.

Some of the skills that the students learn include:

Drawing

Painting

Clay Modeling

Oil Pastel

Symmetry

Use of imagination

Vocabulary associated with Art

Interpetation of artistic pieces

Careers involving Art

Technology uses in Art

How to reflect on their own artistic pieces
