Art at School #19

Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade receive art instruction once every 4 day rotation for half a year.

Students learn what it takes to be an artist by developing a wide range of skills, including drawing, painting, clay modeling, working with oil pastels, understanding symmetry, using their imagination, expanding their art-related vocabulary, interpreting artistic pieces, exploring careers in art, incorporating technology into their creations, and reflecting on their own artistic work .
